18th Century Chinese Export Helmet Cream Jug

Item Details

A Chinese export porcelain reverse helmet creamer jug, circa 1780s. The creamer is comprised of a reverse helmet shaped body with a wide lip, pedestal base and thin rod handle. The lip has an inset pouring spout and this is glazed cream with hand painted gold gilt flowers. Unmarked.
