An early 20th century hand painted portrait miniature on ivory of Madame de Pompadour. The painting features the lady wearing a white dress with lace collar and pink flowers. Signed ‘Boucher’ to the lower right. Presented behind glass in a rectangular ivory frame with etched black flowers and a brass interior rim.
