W.W.II Gesichert Lugar, Germany Model 4088. Since 1908 the Luger pistol has been the official German military side arm. George Luger of the DWM Arms Company in Germany developed this weapon, known officially as ‘Pistole 08’, from the American Borchart pistol invented in 1893. This example is a semi-automatic, recoil-operated, 8-shot pistol, with a caliber of 9mm. It has a toggle joint action very similar to that of the Maxim machine gun. Includes original magazine clip and an additional reproduction clip.

Firearms will not be available at this location for inspection or pick up until July 5th, 2013. Bidders requesting shipping will need to make proper shipping arrangements through North College Hill Gun Store (513) 931-8185 (purchaser must comply with ATF & Federal Firearms requirements). Items designated for pick up or shipping through North College Hill Gun Store must be paid for on or before July 5th, 2013 by contacting EBTH during normal business hours at 513-242-3284 ext. 2 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). The winning bidder will be responsible to make payment to North College Hill Gun Store separately for costs associated with transfers ($15.00) or shipping (contact North College Hill Gun Store for a shipping estimate). Handguns and pistol grip shotguns would have to be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer in your state and additional transfer fees may be assessed.
