Eastlake Style Walnut Settee and Matching Side Chairs
Item Details
An Eastlake style walnut settee and matching side chairs. Settee has rectangular back, with curved armrests and butterfly carving to back rest.
Chairs have two plaster caster wheels to front legs, ornamental floral detail to crown of chairs’ backrest, and reeded detail. All pieces feature floral upholstery design with a blend of green, beige and red with tan trim.
Condition
Fabric shows wear consistent with age and use. One chair shows signs of repair to leg, fabric shows pilling, one caster wheel has come loose from one chair, wooden frames are in great shape, crown of settee needs to be re-pegged, veneer worn/chipping below seat.
