Vintage Hamilton Watch with a 14kt Gold Back
Item Details
A vintage Hamilton wristwatch with a 14kt gold back. The expanding watch band is marked on the band bottom ‘Kreisler USA’ and ‘1/20 – 10KT . G.F. Tops.’ The side of the watch case back where the movement rests, is marked ‘14K Solid Gold.’ The back of the watch is engraved with the following sentiment: ‘Presented To Past Master Leonard O. Shough by Damascus Lodge No 643 F.& A.M. Nov. 22nd 1935’ The watch comes in a plastic case marked ‘Hamilton Automatic.’
Condition
When wound, the watch ticks and keeps time. Accuracy unknown.
There are scratches to the band and case back, and the watch face and plastic curved bezel have light scratches. The box shows some discoloration.
