Vintage Cream of Wheat and a Reproduced Arrowhead Advertisment

A pair of advertisements including three vintage Cream of Wheat advertisements and a reproduced Arrowhead Brand oranges advertisement. The Arrowhead Brand advertisement features, what appears to be a friar, holding an orange and standing in front of rows and rows of orange trees. The sign reads, ‘Arrowhead Brand. Grown and Packed by Gold Buckle Assn. East Highlands, California. Grown in U.S.A.’ The Arrowhead advertisement is underneath glass, housed in a frame, and on the back, provides history and information about California labels. This lot also includes three Cream of Wheat advertisements. All Cream of Wheat advertisements feature kids. Two posters are matching and feature a young boy who has gone fishing. There is a poem next to him telling how he could catch a whale due to Cream of Wheat. The third poster features three young boys dressed up as pirates guarding a Cream of Wheat box. On the back of the posters are Needlecraft Magazine covers and they are housed in a plastic cover.
