Etched Glass Candelabra

Item Details

A vintage etched glass candelabra. The piece has a teardrop shape in clear glass to the center, with two elongated acanthus leaves outstretched to either side with candle holders to the ends, each having a vase shape with fluted edges and a rolled rim. The round pedestal base has been etched to the underside with flower blossoms and foliate designs.

Condition

- to fair. At one time the piece appears to have been gilded, but the gilt has been worn almost completely away.
