A group of unframed, signed black and white prints of buildings from Jessamine County by Kentucky artist Howard Fain and a pair of Six Years Before Electricity. Included are Jessamine County Courthouse special edition 175th anniversary print dated 1973 and five prints from The Nostalgic Jessamine County Past series dated 1970. The books are hand signed by the artist and numbered No. 41 and No. 425.
