Vintage Dutch Politie Brand Rotary Phone from Sam van Lingen

Item Details

A Dutch Vintage Politie Brand Rotary Phone. Made of durable black bakelite, this phone hails from Holland, and appears to have been used at the Sam van Lingen Fiat dealership, which was the most prominent Alfa Romeo dealer in the Netherlands. The original label is still on the phone, and lists that the phone was used in Houten, a municipality in the province of Utrecht. Also on the label are the Fiat and Alfa Romeo logos, and what seems to be a spot for the phone number to the "Huisarts", or family doctor. An interesting piece of Dutch history, this rotary phone is calling for you!

Condition

Good vintage condition. Untested, but body is in good shape and rotary dial spins smoothly.
