It comes with the original instruction and information booklet which gives a complete diagram of the appliance. It comes with the power chord and speed controller. It also comes with a small plastic box that contains needles, thread guides, snap in feed cover, special purpose feet, zipper foot, general purpose foot, and two spool pin extensions.
