Herschede Grandfather Clock

A Herschede standing grandfather clock. This beautiful clock walnut stained poplar case with glass windows on both sides and a two-paned glass front door. The door has a locking key. The face is gilt metal with detailed, affixed gold tone overlay and gold tone numbers. A printed image of the moon and both hemispheres of the globe also accent the face. The interior of the clock contains three brass chimes on levers and a large brass pendulum. ‘11725’ is printed to the interior. Untested.
