Antique Hand Colored Copperplate Etching "Le Bon Genre No. 70"

An antique, colored copperplate engraving entitled ‘Le Bon Genre, No. 70: Uniformes Anglais.’ by Pierre la Mésangère, originally published in 1814. The etching depicts four men in colorful military dress with two men in the background. The piece is hand colored in reds, blues and grays, presented in a metallic silver wooden frame with black speckled accents. It is under glass and in a light blue and silver matting.
