An original pen and ink study of ‘Le Bon Genre No. 76: Le Contraste ou le Chapeau couleur de Rose’. This antique rendering features a group of young, beautiful ladies in a millinery looking on while one of the girls attends to an elderly woman. Handcoloring accents the piece in browns, blues and reds. The unsigned work is presented under glass in a taupe colored mat with a black line detail and wooden frame with a silver metallic finish.
