Rayo Hand-Painted Globe Oil Lamp
Item Details
An early 20th century Rayo oil lamp, comprised of a metal pierced work base in the form of a double handled urn on footed pedestal. The lamp has a clear hurricane shade and a hand-painted frosted ball with flowers and metal top ring signed ‘Ticky’. The kerosene tank can be removed and has an adjustable burner knob. Labelled to the tank and has a patent date of March 1905.
