A St. Louis 1904 Worlds Fair ornamental small plate. The Plate features the United States government building featured at the Lousiana purchase exposition and was the largest building on the fairgrounds. The plate has a pink border and has the word ‘mother’ at the bottom of the plate. No markings were found on the back of the plate.
