A limited edition offset lithograph print titled Paul’s Love by Paul Sawyier. Paul Sawyier was one of Kentucky’s most well known artists. Sawyier was primarily a water color painter and is best known for his paintings of Frankfort, Kentucky and New York in the late 19th century. This print is from a limited edition of 3,000 and is certified by Frankfort Blue Print & Supply Co. The print is of Paul’s love Mary Thomas Bull who he had planned on marrying. She is contemplatively sitting in a canoe near the river shore. She is wearing a period bluish gray dress. The print is made with lightfast ink on #90 Buckeye Limited Natural White 100% Cotton Acid Free Stock. It comes in a decorated, gilded frame.
