A giclee reproduction of a quilt made to commemorate Cincinnati’s bicentennial in 1988. This detailed quilt depicts many of Cincinnati’s best-known landmarks and features. Landmarks such as Music Hall, Fountain Square, the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge, and a riverboat are pictured, along with many, many more. Many figures wander throughout these distinctive features, representing Cincinnati’s growing population. The city lies beneath a dark arch covered in dazzling fireworks, and a large banner reads ‘Cincinnati 1788-1988.’ The collectible print is double-matted in navy and white, and is presented behind glass in a silver-toned metallic frame. A wire is attached to the verso for hanging.
