A 1924 Rookwood Pottery console bowl, in a blue matte glaze. The incised ‘X’ mark on the back denotes that this piece was a factory second due to a defect.

Condition

Chip on side. 1.75" crack radiating from chip. This piece has an “X” on the bottom, meaning it was a factory second. This is most likely due to a glaze defect in the bottom of the bowl, see photos/
