A Tom Otterness sculpture figurine. This black figurine is a to scale version of the full size bronze sculpture that is on display at Texas Tech University. Tom Otterness, born in Wichita, Kansas in 1952, moved to New York City in 1970 to study at the Arts Student League. With public art is his focus, Otterness has had major outdoor exhibitions of his sculptures including the Park Avenue Mall in New York, downtown Indianapolis, the Beverly Hills City Hall and throughout Grand Rapids, Michigan.
