An H.B. Henriot Quimper faïence ceramic tile. This single tile is from the Quimper Golf Collection and features the Breton golfer. This hand-painted tile depicts a woman playing golf mid-swing around plants and flowers, all encompassed in a layered blue, black, and yellow circle. Each of the four corners has red floral designs complimenting the centered design. The tile was made in France by Villeroy & Boch and was hand-painted by artists at H.B. Henriot. Marked ‘H.B. Henriot, Quimper, France, F.77, D.378.G’, and ‘J.K.’.
