An antique cherry writing desk and Empire reproduction cherry chair. The writing desk has two upper drawers and one drawer under the writing surface. The drawers feature brass pulls and hand dovetailing construction. The desk stands on four tapered straight legs. The chair has curved stiles, an upper and mid rail, with saber legs front and rear, secured by a box stretcher. The seat has mint green slubbed mid-weight upholstery fabric.
