The manuscript scores were by Wenzel Kubelka. Published by The Saalfield Publishing Company, 1937, this first edition was signed by both the compiler and the illustrator on the front end matter. The book is bound with an illustrated board cover. The illustrations are done in fine pen and ink. The front and back end pages are color illustrations also done by Fern Bisel Peat.

Condition
