A beautiful early – mid 20th century, 1930s-40s vintage, Hector Aguilar signed Taxco, Mexico 940 silver dimensional orchid brooch with hand sculpted, curled and scalloped petals. The back has a pin clasp, and also a jump ring bale soldered to the center that can be used for hanging from a chain. The back is stamped Taxco, with signature hallmark HA conjoined together by silversmith Hector Aguilar, and is also stamped 940. Weighs 0.845 ozt.
