A vintage collection of UK men’s basketball sports memorabilia. included are 2 Beckett Focus on Future Stars magazines from April 1993 featuring Jamal Mashburn, 2 scorecards from a 1983 exhibition gamer where UK played the Netherlands, and 2 pictures of Kenny Walker when he played for UK. The scorecards for the UK vs Netherlands game feature Melvin Turpin, number 54, going up for a shot against a Netherlands player. UK won that game 73-55. Melvin Turpin played for UK from 1980-1984 and was drafted in 1984 by the Washington Bullets, only to be immediately traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The two pictures of Kenny Walker feature him going for a basket. In one shot he is going up against a player from Villanova, and the other is against Mississippi State. Kenny Walker played for UK from 1982-1986 and went on to play for the New York Knicks.
