A giclee print of American artist Thomas Kinkade’s (1958-2012) 1997 oil painting Hometown Memories 1. Kinkade, also known as the ‘Painter of Light,’ created his Hometown Series in an effort to remind viewers of the nostalgia that comes with going back to your roots. This scene depicts a rainy street. Glowing windows scatter the sides of the street, and people with umbrellas hurry towards their destinations. A plaque at the base of the piece gives the piece’s title. This print is held in a stunningly embellished mahogany frame with canvas and gilt trim. A wire is attached to the verso for hanging, along with a Certificate of Authenticity stating that this piece was created by Kinkade’s estate.
