Steel outside calipers produced by the L.S. Sterrett Company. Used to measure the outside external size of an object, these spring-type calipers feature a hardened fulcrum stud with smooth bearing surface, a flexible and strong bow string, and an automatic closing spring nut. Marked ‘The L.S. Starrett Co, Athol, Mass USA’ and with previous owner’s name to front.

Condition

Shows some wear from age and use.
