A limited edition offset lithograph titled Aquatic Forms # 1 by Shirley Mason, also known by her pseudonym ‘Sybil’, from the Sybil Collection of James Austin Ballard. The original painting was originally titled Blue is the Color of Love when printed in the book Sybil, however written on the back of the original painting is ’Aquatic Forms #1, Shirley A. Mason”. This writing, along with the original signature on the front of the painting was covered by tape. By doing this, she not only covered her signature, but also the original title of the painting. Titled and numbered 410/1000 in the lower margins. Also included is a biographical certificate of Shirley Mason and the work. This is unframed, awaiting your choice of presentation.
