Set of Two Original Southwestern Scene Oil Paintings
Item Details
A set of two vintage original oil on board paintings of Southwestern scenes that came from the Lyman Brothers Art Gallery in Indianapolis. Both images are painted in a muted, earth toned monochromatic color scheme depicting cowboys, blanketed figures and donkeys. Paintings are signed indecipherably to the lower right and left corners. Set behind linen mats and presented in distressed beveled wood frames.
Condition
- to fair. Linen mats are stained and discolored. Some accretion to painting surfaces. The top panel of the wider frame is pulling apart from the main body.
