Triplet of Large Framed Pieces

A triplet of large framed pieces. The first is a photo offset lithography reproduction of a nautical painting signed in plate D. Brett ’75, the print is framed in a silver toned metal frame with blue double mats to edge. The second piece is a figure drawing in yellow and sepia washes signed illegibly and dated ’92 to the bottom right hand corner. The drawing is framed in a simple wooden frame with a simple white mat to edge. The third piece is is a Vietnamese watercolor on paper, likely a souvenir piece, by an unknown artist. The painting features a beautifully muddy street scene, dominated by blue washes. The painting is framed in a simple wooden frame with a simple white mat to edge.
Condition
Various, all three pieces exhibit cosmetic issues, pieces are wavy in the frame, loose in the frame, exhibit worn frames etc. Suggested preview for best sense of condition.

Second piece measures 25"h x 19"w x .5"d and the third piece measures 25"w x 32.75"h x .5"d.
