Mid to Late 1700s Mahogany Butler's Dresser

A mid to late 1700s mahogany butler’s dresser. The dresser has straight moulding and an offset, extended top section with a faux drawer front. This faux drawer front has two metal handle pulls which open the hinged door to reveal a secretarial cabinet of eight shelf compartments and a center section with a storage shelf. Beneath the storage compartments are two small drawers with round, turned wood pulls.Beneath the secretarial section are three ample drawers with hand-cut dovetail construction. The top section and drawers have keyholes to the front; the key is not present. To either side of the top drawer is an applied, turned decorative moulding. The dresser sits on ogee bracket legs with bun feet.
Condition
The three bottom drawers are missing their handles. Wear is consistent with age and use.
