An original oil on canvas by well listed floral still life painter Robert Cox (1934-2001). A stone-colored vase overflows with pale pink roses against a neutral gradient backdrop. Signed by the artist in paint near the lower right corner. Set behind a linen liner inside a decorative wooden frame with ornamental cast detailing on outer edge and a gold toned finish. A business card from Carey Galleries is attached to the verso.

- condition of canvas is good. Finish of frame is damaged along edges. Notable foxing on bottom edge of linen liner.
