Drexel Heritage Cabinet

Item Details

A Drexel Heritage cabinet. The cabinet has a walnut finish with book marked burled veneer to doors. The molded cornice sits over floral medallion, flanked by foliate design. There are two doors to the front with brass tone ring pulls and vertical back plates. The doors open to three shelves; two are sectioned. There are two small drawers over three large drawers that have machine cut dovetail construction and curved brass pulls with foliate design. There is a shell and foliate design to apron and the piece is finished with cabriole legs and scroll feet. Marked ‘Old Continent’, ‘214-440-1’ and ‘284’ to verso.

Condition

- there are a few scuffs and wear consistent with use. There is a crack to veneer on left-side door.
