Globe-Wernicke Co. Barrister Bookcases

Item Details

A set of barrister bookcases in dark oak from the Globe-Wernicke Co. of Cincinnati, Ohio. The front glass panels pull up and slide in to the bookcase to provide access to the books. There are three sections with a top cap and a base with a two-pull drawer. The bottom and top sections are labeled D-10 1/4 299 and the center section is labeled D 12 1/4 299. The metal side bands appear to be original as do the glass fronts. Each section retains its Globe-Wernicke Co. label.
