An Jack Dempsey restaurant postcard, signed by the boxer, is featured in this lot. Jack was the World Heavyweight Champion from 1919-1926. His restaurant opened in 1935 and closed in 1974. The postcard depicts Jack fighting Jess Willard in a Heavyweight fight that took place in Toledo, Ohio. Jack wrote his note on the back; the postcard was never used.
