19th Century Flobert Parlor Pistol

A mid-late 19th century Flobert parlor pistol, named for its inventor Louis Nicholas Flobert. It is a single-shot 6mm pistol with a long barrel (10’), designed for target shooting in an indoor shooting gallery. It is marked with a crowned B, G, and U and the caliber, 6mm, to the upper part of the barrel.

Condition

- moderate metal discoloration due to age. Hammer and trigger are in working condition.

- where width is the length of the entire piece; as noted the barrel length is 10".
