Antique Copper Wash Tub with Pewter and Transferware

Item Details

A primitive copper boiler or wash tub along with a small grouping of pewter objects and transferware. Included is a pewter compote by International Pewter, a pewter coaster made by Flagg & Homan, a copper tea kettle marked ‘made in Finland’, a hammered aluminum meat serving tray, a Johnson Bros. plate from ‘the Friendly Village’ pattern featuring a covered bridge, and a blue transferware plate in the ‘Olde Staffordshire English Village’ pattern by Salem.

Condition

Copper wash tub has lots of character thanks to several dents and dings. The copper kettle has a dent on one side as well.
