A Protectograph Model H by the C.W. Todd & Company of Rochester, N.Y., No. 249917. The mechanical check protector has a black case with a handle to the top and a wheel to the right-hand side. The wheel has numbers 2-500 and prints "Not Over Twenty Dollars" (dollar amount changes depending on number selected). In working condition.
