An Emmett Kelly Circus Collection bisque porcelain limited edition clown figurine. This hand-painted collectible piece is titled Wall Street and depicts a clown sitting on a trash can reading The Wall Street Journal. The figurine is marked to the underside, including the limited edition of 5103/15,000. It retains the hang tag in the original box.
