Published by H.S. Nichols, London, 1896. Printed on specially-made fine laid printing paper. Vol. I, 374 pages. Vol. II, 330 pages. Vol. III, 331 pages. Vol. IV, 328 pages. Bound in red Morocco three-quarter leather with raised spine, embellished with gilt, gilted top pages, marble boards and end pages.
