An antique quarter-sawn oak sofa bed from Kroehler Mfg. Co., circa 1910-1920. This sleeper style sofa is of quarter-sawn oak featuring a straight back, waterfall arms and heavy skirt. The back cushion slides up, and the seat lifts out to access the unifold mattress and metal frame. The piece has a lovely rose upholstery, that may or may not be original, and rolls on four casters.

• Alternate pickup/transfer is not available for mattresses and/or box springs; local pickup only. Transfer of beds acceptable (headboards, footboards, rails and slats).

Condition

Some wear consistent with age including minor scuffs and scratches to wood. Casters are loose and occasionally dislodge when moving the piece. Would need to be securely re-screwed. Upholstery appears in good condition with no visible tears or stains.
