Thomas "LaCroix" Turtle Cup and Saucer
Item Details
A Thomas & Co. Lacroix ceramic turtle cup and saucer. Made in Germany, this compact cup features a gold tone turtle image on the side, gold tone interior, and gold tone rim and accents. Marked Thomas ‘R’ Germany, this green mark was used between 1953-60. By 1908, the Rosenthal group became a major shareholder, as indicated with the ‘R’, and Thomas items were produced at a specific pottery site.
