A vintage twelve-piece plate setting of Noritake M China in the Columbine Pattern. The Columbine pattern, which was discontinued in 1933, features a gilt accented red, green, and tan rim with a delicate circular flower detail on a cream ground. The set includes: 2 serving platters, a large uncovered serving bowl, a circular covered vegetable dish, an uncovered vegetable dish, a small oval serving dish, a gravy boat with an attached underplate, a sugar bowl, a creamer, twelve dinner plates, twelve salad plates, twelve bread and butter plates, twelve footed soup bowls and saucers, twelve berry dessert plates, and twelve footed tea cups with saucers.
Condition
The two serving plates have been chipped with evidence of repair.
