1974 Big Red Machine Poster with Howsam Card

An impressive Cincinnati Reds 1974 limited print simply called, ‘The Big Red Machine’ by Williard Mullin comprises this lot. This print comes with the original yellow custom folder; the folder has the large Red’s player on the cover and information on the painting and the artist on the back. This iconic poster features a large Cincinnati Reds player swinging a bat, mascots from the other National League teams are flying through the air after being hit; the Cubs, Expos, Phillies, Braves, the Dodger Bum, the San Diego Padre and the Astros are the victims while the Mets, Giants and the Pirates look on in fear. This item comes with a signed compliments card from Bob Howsam; he was the Reds General Manager during the 1970s. Only 2000 prints were done in 1974, this is an original.

- frame has minor wear
- the yellow folder has minor wear; it’s located inside the framed print.
