An antique American Empire style buffet manufactured by Grand Rapid’s Fancy Furniture Company (1896-1938). This buffet is crafted from tiger oak wood and would be a standout piece of furniture in any room and certainly doesn’t lack character. Features three lower cabinets deep with storage space and four drawers including an extensive flatware drawer. Columnar with carved scrolling legs demonstrates the weight of the piece sitting on shallow caster wheels. Pediment top features elongated beveled mirror. Other features include dovetail drawers, wooden knobs, lockable cabinets that includes key. Original manufacturer’s tag posted on backside of buffet.
