An antique 8K yellow gold filled A. Laffite Geneve ladies pocket watch with hunter-case. Marked No. 3116, patent lever, full jeweled, this key wind/set watch includes an embossed case with shield and floral edge design. Watch includes a white face with black Roman numerals, and small stop watch/timer on face. Watch was not tested.
