Chestnut Marble Top Server

Item Details

A beautiful antique three drawer Renaissance Revival washstand. This piece dates from the mid 1800s and features a beveled removable white marble top with gray veining. The construction is walnut with burl walnut panels on the drawer fronts and dove-tailed joinery. The drawer fronts also feature decorative carving on the sides and intricately carved pulls in the shape of acorns and leaves. Each corner on the front features a carved finial style accent and there is a burl walnut apron as well. Each drawer has an operation keyhole but keys are no longer present. The piece rests on wheels for easy movement.

Condition

Some scratches and wear consistent with age and use; the top drawer keyhole is missing the hardware; no keys present.
