A framed limited edition serigraph titled Plum Blossom by Erté (Russian, 1892-1990). Roman De Tirtoff, known by the pseudonym Erte, is a Russian-born French designer who flourished in many fields including set design, fashion, and the graphic arts, spanning most of the 20th century. The serigraph features an Asian female in a formal gown against a brilliant red background with a gilt embossing and trim. The print is pencil signed and numbered to the lower section, 54/100. The artwork is framed in a heavy wood composite shaped as bamboo, and framed under glass.
