Item Details
An acrylic on canvas board painting by Harriet Iseman. The artist was founder of The Harriet Iseman Community School, an alternative high school in Long Beach, N.Y. which opened its doors in 1972 and closed in 2012. This painting depicts, in vibrant colors, a dragon and a phoenix on a dark red background with a bright yellow and red moon. The painting is signed to the lower left. It is presented without glass in a gilt frame with canvas interior border, without matting; ready to hang.

- paint loss to the edges, frame needs to be repaired.
