Restored Coca-Cola Commercial Cooler

Item Details

A restored Coca-Cola commercial cooler, model CMD-D. Made by Cavalier Corporation in Chattanooga, Tennessee; serial number 37616. The cooler is painted bright red with white lettering and the iconic Coca-Cola logo on the front, with the phrase ‘Drink Coca-Cola’. There is a bottle opener on the right side of the front of the cooler. The top has a metal lid on both the front and the back side; each lifts with a black handle. The back lid is raised slightly higher than the front lid, is painted red, faces forward and reads, ‘Have a Coke’ in white lettering. Each side is embellished with the ‘Drink Coca-Cola’ phrase, and underneath says ‘Ice Cold’. On the back is a brass plaque with the model and serial number. The cooler was tested; it works and cools.

Condition

The cooler has been repainted. it was tested and works; according to the owner, it was used in a retail store for more than a year and worked well during that time.
