An Art Deco sterling and rhinestone necklace signed by Otis. The necklace features two circles looped through a by flanking curved sides and square link beads. This has several inset clear rhinestones and a fold over clasp. Marked ‘Otis’ and ‘Sterling’. The total sterling weight is 1.220 ozt. (including crystals).
